Tips that can help care for easy orchid plants

There are ways to tell if your orchid is not receiving enough light. If you look at the leaves of the orchid and note that they are very, very dark green, probably need more light. If they appear in red, a reddish color to them, then you're probably allowed too light, and should consider moving to a better place. If you have difficulty placing your orchids in a good location, you can buy a special lamp designed that can provide artificial light and, in fact, many gardeners prefer this type of light, and the control thereof, and can track exactly how much exposure every day for your orchids.
If you do a good job taking care of your orchids, they could live for many years. As they grow orchids is likely to need to plan their transplant every two years or more.
